ERPLAN s.r.o is a design studio that was created from (and continues the work of) RONELI Stavby SE and its Design department. The ERPLAN studio thus became the youngest member to the RONELI Group.

Our goal is to provide our clients with comprehensive services, starts from preparation of a conceptual or architectural study, through the processing of all stages of the project documentation including engineering related to all relevant permits and final inspection.

Scope of business

We offer our customers comprehensive design services, including engineering:

Preparation of the conceptual design and architectural study
Preparation of the design documentation for the planning permit procedure
Preparation of the design documentation for the building permit procedure
Preparation of the implementation design documentation
Engineering activities for the planning decision and building permit
Technical supervision services

Gymnasium at primary school in Trnávka

For the municipality of Trnávka we are preparing complete documentation for the construction of a primary school gymnasium.

Expansion of the retirement home in Havlíčkův Brod

Our Studio has signed a contract with the town of Havlíčkův Brod for the preparation of complete project documentation for the 'Retirement home expansion' construction project.

We support

For several years we have been cooperating and supporting children with disabilities through the Št'astná hvězda fund. We also regularly support little Viktorka from Havlíčkův Brod who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy.
